"We loved our stay at Hotel Miklic. After receiving a warm welcome we were shown to our room which had a fantastic view to the mountains. The hotel is a short walk from the centre of town so ideally situated. The whole place was very clean. Breakfast was plentiful and nutritious. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The room was poorly cleaned on our first day with stained carpets. There was never anyone around at the pool/sauna desk and nobody could explain if the sauna was included or charged so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was reasonable with good choices. A lot of children staying here so better for families I think. I would say that despite being in the four star section, it was more like a three star. No minibar or room service menu. Pool was enjoyable although the hot tub was filled with children so we could not use it. "
