"The first room I was given absolutely stunk, the second room the door didn't lock. I was totally exposed to anyone who could push the door open. The only lock on the door was the overhead bar. They didn't dare charge me the $100 deposit supposedly required for damage."

"The room was large and spacious, and immaculately clean. Mattress was very comfortable. AC unit didn't seem to work, but it was late April and not a problem. Plenty of power outlets and lighting through out the room. My only complaint are the pillows. Even though there were 6+ on the bed, it took 3 to give any kind of loft. Each pillow was as thin as a bath towel. Aside of the pillows, this was a great room and a good stay. "

"We were assigned a room with a toilet that would not flush. We reached out to staff -- within five minutes of entering the room -- and advised of the issue. After being unable to resolve the issue we were told that we'd have to changed rooms, but 15 minutes later were told there were no rooms, and the solution was to leave a plunger and tell us to repeatedly keep trying to flush and it would eventually work. We had checked in very late at night so we waited until the morning to deal with...

"I did not stay at the location, i booked the rooms for 4 coach drivers. During the stay we had one of our drivers have a medical Emergency. We called and Kristin was absolutely awesome, she went above and beyond calling emergency services and keeping us at our office informed and making sure other staff would be aware of us coming to pick up our drivers personal effects. Thank you Kristin!"
