"They put us in a room near an elevator. All darn night long your can hear the hydrolics and cables rattle. This place is attached to a hospital. We were trying to get a good night sleep before a major surgery and got maybe 45 min of sleep.... they should have used better insulation on that wall that attaches to the elevator"

"Because there was a problem with the bed in our reserved room, the hotel upgraded us from a suite in the hotel to a two bedroom, two bath unit in a building some distance away, 1 block from Delmar at the eastern edge of the central west end. When we walked in we both nearly slipped on the somewhat...

"Loved the location, amenities and large room with comfortable bed. We were able to walk to Enterprise Center. Particularly enjoyed the happy hour and breakfast. Did not appreciate the noise from the garbage collectors handling the huge dumpsters around 4am. For an upscale quality hotel you should contract to have quiet hours like midnight to 8am with any businesses your guest rooms face."
