"This is probably the nicest hotel in this area of Hendersonville. It was amazingly quiet - and even though our room backed up to the elevator we never heard it. The rooms are huge and the kitchenette with larger fridge and freezer was exactly what we needed. This was probably one of the nicer stays we have had in a hotel in a very long time. The staff was awesome too. "

"Staff was attentive. The room was not up to standard when it came to cleanliness, particularly the bathrooms with soiled curtain and dirty floor. Also, the towels where stained and 1 bed sheet was ripped. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. We noticed that a few rooms from ours, they were cooking in the room with a portable electric skillet. "

"Overall clean. Friendly check in. Spacious breakfast area. Typical food, but the bagels were fresh er than most with nice selection. New carpet in our room. Sink drain a bit slow. Bed was unusual with medium firmness and pillow top. Edge of bed higher than middle."
