"Fantastic hotel in a great location"

"The property is off the beaten path just a bit, would be hard to miss if you didn't know it was there. Walking distance was close to a couple fast food places to eat which was nice. The only things I was disappointed in the was the fact that you could not re-enter doors to the outside with your keycard. You were forced to enter through the lobby. "We had a party of three and months ago booked a room with two queen beds. When we got to the room it had a king bed. I went back down to the front desk and the employee (with attitude) said that’s all they have and that we could use the pull out sofa bed. I ended sleeping on the pull out bed that was hard as a rock! NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!! We couldn’t switch hotels because there was a lot of events going on in OKC that weekend. "Our stay here was fair to average. On the plus side was the breakfast and the gym. The negatives were the slight shabiness of the place (sketchy back carpark, trash around outside, broken door to swimming pool, charging ports in rooms not working). Also, when I booked, the website said there were rollaway beds available, but when asked for at the hotel, they said we could not have one because it was a fire hazard. "This hotel deserves a negative rating. Stay at one of the other hotels nearby! 1. I booked through Expedia. It was a Sunday through Saturday for my daughter to work in OKC that week. I made a mistake and booked the wrong week. I called and asked them to switch weeks. Long story short, the hotel refused a refund request because they said I CANCELED the reservation even though I just wanted it changed. Expedia and I both explained and they still refused and charged me for 2 weeks. So if you make...

"For the money I paid to stay, the floor was extremely dirty, even in the bathroom. Trash was not taken out. Breakfast was super terrible, snacks and coffee, which was never ready. Folks were waiting for coffee on several occasions. Don't think I'll be staying here anymore, plus I left one day early. I know I'll not getting a refund for that."
