"Great location in close proximity to the Petronas Towers and other attractions. Excellent hotel, incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, immaculate reception area and hotel overall. We notified them of an early arrival and they allowed us to use the spa area to change whilst our room was made ready. Nice pool area, fabulous breakfast and large comfortable bar area with live music. One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in"

"We have stayed at Aloft before and have found the property to be very well located and convenient. The room was clean but as commented previously the property is a little aged and needs some upgrading especially the bathroom. We have no complaints about the staff. They were all very pleasant, helpful, cheerful, polite and friendly."

"Loved our stay. We had a big beautiful room, with a gorgeous lake view and balcony! The bathroom was also very clean and spacious, with bath and shower. The food at Pelangi, especially breakfast, was great! The pools were clean and well maintained, enjoyed spending time in pool and poolside, and good for my baby too Buggy service was very useful and a great service! Had the best trip at Pelangi!"

"We love staying at Grand Paragon Hotel and visit almost every month. It is a very child-friendly hotel, which makes it perfect for our family. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are warm and welcoming, and the breakfast has a good variety. The air conditioning is great, and our children always enjoy their stay.
