"We had a wonderful experience at this property. A lovely older home with loads of charm. Located in the town’s historic district, it was easy to walk to a local restaurant for dinner. The owner provided clear and easy to understand instructions. It had everything we needed and would happily stay here again."

"Most of the staff was excellent. We asked front desk staff (no concierge) about several things going on (in the downtown area). They had no clue. The hotel is downtown, these were events that occur ever year - such as the Porch Fest and the Wine Festival at the Farmer's Market. No one had a clue - we asked about the shuttle dropping us off there and they looked at each other and would not answer our questions. ??? "

"The breakfast menu was very limited. Sausage gravy was cold. Waffles were good. Nice view of the lake, but the rooms and property overall is very dated. Staff was pleasant."
