Experiência pousada Vila sambaqui

A pousada oferece um bom café da manhã. Colaboradores educados e prestativos. Local limpo frequentemente. Travesseiros e colchões poderiam ser mais confortáveis. O que mais me incomodou foi o chuveiro. Água caia para os lados (parede e box) e pouco caia no meio. Obviamente o banho demorava muito pq ficávamos caçando água.

Pior experiência de hospedagem que já vivi.

O atendente pressionou para chegarmos mais cedo e abandonou o posto de trabalho fechando a recepção antes das 20hs, justificando que tem mais de 9 pousadas para cuidar. Ninguém atendeu a nossa solicitação de um sobre lençol nas camas nem o pedido de um secador de cabelos. O chuveiro era de péssima qualidade e ainda fomos alertados que poderia queimar e seria cobrado caso não fosse ligado do jeito certo. Café da manhã fraco mas de boa qualidade, porém o local estava cheirando algo estragado e não pudemos manter a porta aberta para ventilar pq era proibido. O local é cheio de regras chatas, moldeiras e abusivas, as instalações não condizem com as fotos que estão no site e bairro é sujo e não passa nenhuma sensação de segurança a noite. Estacionamento fica na rua e não tem vagas suficientes para todos os hóspedes, o atendente informou que poderíamos deixar na casa ao lado, porém havia um homem bêbado que parecia ser o morador, gritando palavrões para uma mulher na janela. Péssima experiência Não recomendo a ninguém.

Estadia Boa e tranquila.

O café da manhã é bom, o quarto tinha muitas rachaduras nas paredes e os travesseiros não eram tão confortáveis. Internet e tv funcionaram muito bem, a tv ser smartv fez diferença. O time da recepção nos atenderam bem, deram dicas e nos sentimos bem atendidos. O time da limpeza é excelente, limparam nosso quarto todos os dias e sentíamos quelé cheirinho de limpeza sempre que volta vamos. Um ponto que precisa de atenção é todas as tomadas serem 220V, mas foi avisado desde o início.
