"Man kann nicht alles haben entweder Zentrum oder ruhige Lage! Ev ist es in den Zimmern des Neubau die nicht direkt an der Hauptstraße sind leiser aber dafür bekommt man nichts vom ganzen Trubel mit. Alles in allem war es wieder ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Danke alle Mitarbeiter die für einen schönen Aufenthalt gesorgt haben."

"My son and I stayed at the Harmls for some late spring skiing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious (including gluten free options) and we really enjoyed relaxing in the sauna facilities at the end of a long day. Strongly recommend."

"Booked this property last minute for three nights to do a bit of late-season skiing. The location is ideal - central Flachau for the bars and restaurants and a few minutes walk to the ski lift. A particular benefit was the wellness area - pool, three different saunas, and a lovely warm and quiet relaxation area to chill after a day on the slopes. "

"Härligt läge mitt i Flachau, bara två minuter från liften och nära till alla restauranger. Vänlig personal som hjälpte oss med liftkort redan i receptionen. Frukosten var helt okej, det kunde dock bli lite kö då det inte var så stort frukostområde. Rummet var fint och rent vid ankomst, vi saknade dock diskmedel och diskborste vilket vi tyckte borde finnas. "

"There were flies everywhere. All over the lobby, the kids play area, the dining area, and the food bar. Completely unsanitary. If I knew how to make a complaint to the Austrian Health Ministry I would. Excuses ranged from claiming not to notice, to blaming it on the season, to asserting the hotel had tried everything even though I never saw one fan, barrier, or other attempt to protect the food. "This was our first time visiting Austria and we were not disappointed! As a family of four with two children age 6 and 10 the location of the hotel and the facilities offered by the hotel was second to none. Specifically the included pool pass to the local water park was outstanding. The safe environment of the hotel and the local area meant it was the first time we felt that we could leave the kids somewhat unattended and meant we could properly relax. All local amenities are in walking distance, (snow lifts, walks up the mountains, local shops). Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and tidy with ample space, two separate bathrooms was a welcomed surprise! We did the all inclusive option but there is plenty of utilities to do self catering if you prefer (oven, hob, fridge, freezer etc). Perhaps the only negative, but this is probably the case with all holidays, the all inclusive option was very good but the buffet did get a bit tedious towards the end. One recommendation for the hotel would be to improve their coffee and offer oat milk, but that is because we are coffee snobs. All in all this was such an amazing experience and would we come back……it’s a huge yes from us! "
