The studio apartment had no draws, no nightstand, the sink in the bathroom was so tiny we ended up washing our faces in the kitchen sink because we would bump our heads trying to use bathroom sink. "The location of the hotel was excellent. View of the ocean from our room can't be any better! The people of the check in counter were friendly and helpful. Although our room lost the access to TV, it was a minor problem. The entire hotel was so quiet with very few guests since we stayed there during the "off-season." Because of this, the choice of eating places was limited. But we had incredible time."

"We had a good time however we wouldn’t recommend the hotel. It’s very tired, we only saw the manager once in 8 days. We feel a better training programme is needed for staff as service was very slow. The staff were very pleasant and trying their best but a lack of leadership was evident. There was no attempt to reduce waste… eg plastic water bottles, tiny plastic butter portions. We also felt that when we were paying £230 per night the least we expect is for water to be replenished in the room daily! This hotel is more like a 3 star. Final comment… please buy a new toaster… the one there was rubbish !!"

"The staff and facility was excellent. The cost for the trip was 5000 plus CAD for 4 nights is ridiculously expensive for low season. Dinner meals alone cost me $1468 CAD just for dinner and is nothing special. In addition the weather was terrible and lots of seaweeds so no swimming at the hotel. Alternative arrangements were made to swim at a sister restaurant."
