"The room was very warm and comfortable, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The pool and hot tub was a bit small. The front desk staff were all very friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. One small issue: housekeeping entered and started cleaning close to the 11 a.m. checkout time, which caused some confusion between my personal towels and the hotel’s towels. It would be better if they could confirm with front desk before entering to clean before 11am. Overall, a pleasant stay."

"The property was nice but service cold and unfriendly. Mentioned the stay was for a birthday celebration, the front desk person that checked us in didn’t even say happy birthday. I also mentioned I was a Hilton Honours member, no recognition of that either, only to see a sign at the other check in/out desk the day after (already at checkout), that welcome drinks are offered for members. Really poor service overall."

"The hotel and room was good. Parking stalls so small i couldn't get in my car once checked out. My partner had to climb over the back seat though the rear hatch to get in, climbing over the rear seats Parking fees were canceled. My partner was not impressed "
