The Ibis hotel in Pelotas is brand new with the “Plaza” version and very confortable and staff in general very friendly. We arrived late and had also a good pizza at tje bar.
El desayuno es muy pobre. No tiene variedad! Donde se ha visto que hayan bizcochos salados!! Un desastre para lo que cobran! Es un aspecto que deben mejorar pasa lo mismo en todos los hoteles IBIS ya los conozco he estado en 4 y son todos iguales. Se destacan por tener buena limpieza y buena atención al público. Deberían mejorar eso.

Quarto bom. Mas atendimento muito demorado e confuso no check-in. O hotel já estava pago e eles insistiram que não, passaram o cartão cadastrado para o pagamento e ao reclamar 2 vezes depois eles falaram que iriam estornar o valor.
