"My stay was terrible. I think the management has changed, as I’ve stayed there before and everything was fine, but today was awful. The receptionist—Phoenix, I think her name was—was not friendly at all; she charged an extra fee for parking that wasn't mentioned in my reservation. Also, I had booked an "extended" room, but they gave me the smallest one. I went back to tell her that it wasn't an extended room—since I’d stayed in one before—but she insisted it was and claimed there were no other...

"Mattress was likely a large bag filled with old clothes, very lumpy and hard. Could hear the CPAP machine of someone on one side and snoring the other. We do not travel frequently bot we will have to find another way for accomodations."

"Traveled with our family of 6 and we absolutely loved our stay at Embassy. The breakfast was always enjoyable and top tier for our kiddos and us. The rooms were clean and we had no issues with our room. The staff was always kind with us even if it was just to say hello and acknowledge us there. There are many things to enjoy about staying at an Embassy hotel and this one for us was exceptional. I definitely recommend staying here at this location, I know we will definitely be back!"

"I have stayed here twice and been happy both times. The staff are friendly and helpful. Kids like the pool, although the hot tub wasn't working this time. The bar and lounge are great places to relax and meet friends."

"The staff was nice and breakfast was good. They seemed to be having some sort of towel shortage. They ran out of both pool and regular towels one evening. My kid had to drip his way freezing thru the hotel then use hand towels to dry off after his shower. We asked for more the next morning & they still hadn’t arrived 9 hours later when we returned. Had to send son down to get them again. It was a bit ridiculous. Otherwise it was mostly good. Pool was small and over-crowded (25+ people) but...

"The place was dirty and poorly maintained. There was a dirty floor mopping bucket left right next to the breakfast food serving area. There was broken glass on the bottom of the swimming pool. One of the kids even cut their foot. Management did not close the pool? The place just wasn’t well maintained. I would not recommend staying here."
