Sun Parlor Motel

"The bathroom was okay, but there was a little mold in the shower, and a few hairs were left behind in the room. The room safety deposit took a while to arrive after calling about it, so keep an eye on that. Noise was also an issue, as road traffic and sounds from nearby rooms could be heard very easily. Still, it was cheap, so you can’t complain too much."

"The property was clean and had decent parking. Room and bathroom were clean. There were only downsides in my opinion. The first was the thermostat did not work. The second was the bathroom sink was outside the bathroom, which I understand can be useful in some situations but it’s not my preference, and there was only one bar of soap. Otherwise everything else was good."

"The room was super unique, super clean, and very memorable! The Missing O cocktail bar at the bottom is a fantastic add on. The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend for your next trip to town."

"Hotel is dated but the rooms are good. Shower has lots of pressure and hot water. Room was clean but I did find a couple hairs in the bathroom and in the bed."

"We found it clean and comfortable, good location, well maintained both interior and exterior. From our experience I'd say this motel is a budget-friendly gem."
The Grove Motel

"I like the themed room. I suggested having grab bars in the shower room for safety reasons. There was no box of tissues in the bathroom which would have been nice. Noise from upstairs room. Beds are comfortable. Good lighting. Overall excellent motel. Will stay there again."

"Turn in to property driveway is awkward when approaching from WB Seacliffe and borderline unsafe when coming EB from the roundabout. Remember- Leamington drivers can often be unpredictable."
