"Totalement fidèle aux photos. Bien situé à 5minutes à pieds de la gare Haymarket. Propre et très bien mais aussi cher. Le combiné four/four micro-ondes est difficile à comprendre même avec des instructions. Lorsque j’ai voulu brancher un sèche-cheveux la prise ne fonctionnait pas et plusieurs autres prises non plus. Pourtant nous avions les bonnes prises et convecteur de courant appropriés qui avaient bien fonctionné ailleurs en Écosse. Aucune résolution n’a été proposé sur le moment car c’était le soir. On nous a dit que cela irait au matin mais nous quittions tôt. Décevant de payer si cher et d’avoir ce genre de problème ."

"Really nice and big hotel, lots of parking out front. Nice peaceful surroundings. We used the pool and sauna which were great. Busy golf courses, always some activity going on. Good proximity to airport but not in the flight path so doesn’t bother during stay. Staff at front desk very helpful and friendly"

"Friendly staff, front desk was very helpful taking our backpacks and putting them in storage as we arrived early in the morning. We stayed in one of the windowless rooms but it is decorated with a curtain that makes look like there is one. Room and bathroom were very clean. AC worked fine. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Definitely would stay again."

"I loved this hotel because we were treated so kindly throughout our entire stay. The staff answered all the questions we had, and no request was too big. We were even allowed to check into our room in the morning when we arrived completely exhausted from a red eye flight. This was hugely appreciated. The hotel is in an old building. Edinburgh is OLD! They have kept it up though and we had a clean modern bathroom with both walk in shower and soaker tub. Nice bath products. We had a mini fridge in our room, and the bath towels and bed linens were lovely. Side tables for the bed and reading lights. The only tiny thing that could be done is to replace the carpet. Ours had stains on it. It wasn’t a huge room but big enough for us and our luggage. We had a quiet room not facing the view of the castle, which we preferred as we kept our windows open. The breakfast was incredible. We could choose from a hot and cold buffet, and we could order a main breakfast item from the menu. There was a coffee machine so we could have cappuccino (and I could get decaf) every morning. Such a treat for us as we never go out for coffee. I would highly recommend staying here. It is also perfectly located to walk the entirety of Old Town and New Town and everything in between. Stay here and you don't need transport (unless you don't like to walk). PS their staff could give a course in hotel hospitality!!!"
