"Both the rooms and the restaurant had many flies. It's clear they have no idea how to control the Flies. Condition of the rooms is also not good. Water stains, paint peeling, just poor condition overall. Not maintained."

"Excellent location on the edge of the Jewish Quarter, walking distance to all the major tourist sites, 15-minute walk from the train station via a lovely park. Beautiful views of the city and surrounding countryside from the room as well as from the rooftop pool/patio. Very helpful/kind/knowledgeable front-desk staff. Comfortable, modern room with two rainfall shower heads (as well as two fixed shower heads) and a jacuzzi tub, similar to a Japanese wet room (furoba). We generally prefer to stay steps away from a city in a modern hotel and walk to all the local/historic areas. This was a gem. Stayed for two nights in early June."
"This property is fine. Totally generic, but clean and in a good location. There is absolutely nothing charming about it, but if you are just looking for a convenient place to sleep it will do the trick. It is attached to a public parking lot (~€25/day) which is nice."
"Staff like Rafael made the stay productive and more enjoyable! The two young ladies at the front desk were also very helpful. The dining staff were very good.
Only suggestions would be:
Fix the elevators, they seem outdated and left us taking significant steps up or down to use.
Open pool hours, 3-8pm only is too restrictive
Improve your breakfast. The undercooked and watery scrambled eggs and bacon and tiny Vienna sausages floating in water is very unappetizing."
"Great location! Very nice staff and helpful. We booked our room last minute and they were a lifesaver late night. The property is clean, has a parking next door for an extra cost with a charging station so super convenient, has a buffet breakfast area if you want to pay to eat. Definitely would come back!"
