"Reservation confirmed and paid. Show up to the reception area with all of my luggage only to be told to overbooked the room and i didn’t have a place to stay! A travelers worst nightmare. While they were nice about it, i sat on a small couch in a small room with my laptop scrambling to find a place to stay. A complete nightmare. Plus i had to pay for 2 extra Ubers and wasted about 3 hours of my time. Do not recommend"
