"The elevator made a terrible sound -it even frightened my dog when she heard it the first time and when we needed to use it again she refused to go inside the elevator . I reported it and stated maintenance needs to check it out . Didn’t have many room soaps , etc. Luckly I bring my own but it was not very welcoming and they skimp on the towels -worn thin. Otherwise the bed was very comfortable as were the pillows ."
