Super close to the Brandon Amphitheater & we were headed there for a concert.
There were 2 negatives… the walls are thin andyou could hear EVERYTHING! Also, the blackout curtains in the room did not close so there was no keeping the morning light out.
Very easy check-in and check-out. The room, breakfast and staff were all excellent.

Checked in and immediately found a bed bug in the bathroom floor. Immediately checked out. The front desk manager argued with me that it’s “impossible to have bed bigs in the bathroom”. I made them come to the room and take a picture. Do NOT stay here unless you want to take bed bugs with you!!

I came there with the intention of doing a lot of vacation related activities, ended up staying mostly in the room. The beds were very comfortable, the internet was quick and everything was quiet and peaceful. Both my partner and I ended up loving the place, and were sadden we had to leave, but we really enjoyed it

The staff are awesome and friendly. The facility is clean, the room was clean. I have have here before and given it five stars. I would give five stars except there were issues in the bathroom. Their remodeling contractor installed the shower kit on a pitch. So all the water that hit the top of the tub while showering would run out into the main floor area. The first time I showered it soaked the little towel they give us to step on. Standing in the shower you can feel the pitch of the tub.

Room 309 the smell was terrible. Even the housekeeper agreed. She can in to spray some Meyers cleaning spray in the air conditioner vent and when I asked for another room the hotel staff mentioned it was no available rooms. Thank god we only was able to stay one night because we had a family emergency back home.

The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk was very helpful and courteous. We were even offered late check out without having to ask when we showed up after 1am for a room after hours of travel.

I have traveled to third world countries and have not been so scared to stay in this place. There is no sound proofing. The people above me yelled, had kids jumping onto the floor. By 9;30 pm it was quiet, but two hours later yelling through out the early morning. I got 3 1/2 hours of sleep. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I have never given a bad rating, but for the first time in my life I felt afraid.

This property is a good example of putting lipstick on a pig: fresh paint and floor coverings but otherwise deferred maintenance. Toilet flushed sometimes, I had to remove the tank cover and mess with it. Treadmill did not work, neither did the TV in the exercise room. No butter or peanut butter at breakfast. As we were leaving our room a big daddy long legs went crawling up the wall behind the TV. It was a cheap room and we got what we paid for. The bed was comfortable, that’s about it.
