"This is my third year staying at this hotel and i absolutely love it. Everything is always perfect and it is in a really good area. Better for couples and adults."

"The room weren’t queen beds they were full size rollaways, the bathroom had burned counter top, the chairs were chewed up by dogs, the toilet paper was so cheap and when we asked for more we had to get it from the front desk and they were allowed to give 1 only per stay, if we wanted clean towels we had to drop them off at the front and picked then up the next day so we were out of towels for almost 2 days. Paint in the bathroom was peeling, the bathroom was leaking, the stairs had a super strong smell of pee, the hotel smelled like weed and front desk staff just said , oh its normal because people walk by all the time which is not true, people smoked weed in the rooms. When we had trash front desk send us to walk to the end of the property to put it in the hotel trash can which it was locked and placed where it was not safe to walk alone. Overall awful experience and we could not check out to go to a decent hotel, wish if we had this type of experience, we should be able to cancel the reservation and look for a different hotel. Staff was good. "

"A nice motel—it’s clear that everything has been very thoughtfully designed, with everything exactly where it should be. The bathroom features brand-new fixtures. There is just one small detail, though: since the motel doesn't provide breakfast, it would be great if there were coffee makers and coffee available in the room."

"Overall is a good place to stay. The only downside is the tv kept flickering as if watching tv with antennas. The other units are probably ok. This was just my experience with my unit. "

"Overall, I had a very pleasant stay—everything from the room to the service met my expectations. However, I was disappointed by my experience with the parking information provided by the hotel staff. The hotel offers valet parking only, but there is a public parking garage located directly behind the property that provides self-parking at a slightly lower cost. During my stay, I was told—more than once—that this garage did not offer in-and-out privileges, which is not accurate. Having stayed here before, I knew this wasn’t the case and even asked directly to confirm, yet the staff continued to insist it wasn’t an option. I do expect honest and accurate information so I can make an informed choice. Aside from this issue, everything else about the stay was great—but this left a negative impression."
