"Great location and good facilities for Peak 9 lifts. Free shuttle to Gondola Connect. Walking distance to Main St. Perfect for individuals and family skiers. Parking extra but worth the hassle otherwise. Loved the free ski gear lockers. Location made the stress free ski experience for my family."

"We enjoyed our stay at the property and would stay again. It is in a great location with a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the Peak 9 lift. Parking is really easy in an underground structure. The gym was nice as were the hot tubs. Charter sports is located on the property but Christy’s is a 3 mins walk away as well. Ski and snowboard gear must be checked into the Charter Ski Valet regardless of where you rent from or even if you own your own skis. The front desk staff was excellent. The only hiccup was some repair work in the elevators that made a ton of noise. The GM was responsive however and the project was only due to last a couple more days. "

"Clean room, access to slopes was great, I called for some help in the room and was responded to immediately and more than adequately. A couple of very minor questions (such as a need for more pillows) were handled quickly and they went above and beyond to resolve. "
