Stayed in the pet friendly room, was pleasantly surprised by how clean the room was. Great front desk service, very welcoming kind, and professional. Good parking. Grocery store is right beside the hotel, the location is great, close walking distance to lots of spots- in the heart of downtown. Had a great stay.

Everything was great. The check-in was wonderful except that when I took a shower this morning curtain rod came off and hit me in my head, but then also there was two cockroaches that came out of the hole which is sort of gross but otherwise no complaints. Very clean you get what you paid for.

The breakfast changed from the hotel breakfast to breakdown provided by Ricky’s All Day Grill. Although it was no longer all you can eat the quality was much better. The front desk was helpful in helping me find a solution when I needed to get a boost for my car battery. They gave me contacts and even heated pads after waiting in the -360°C weather.

The manager went above and beyond. I had booked my room for the wrong night and he fixed it for me. Their key card thing wasnt working and so they were helping customers with that too. Excellent stay! The room was quiet and clean

The room was clean when I arrived and cleaned every 3 days as I was doing a longer stay. The Shark Pub and Billiards was nice to have downstairs as well as a liquor store, KFC, and Boston Pizza nearby. The hotel staff was helpful in finding lost packages sent to the hotel. Food was ok each day would have different options though some days wouldn’t have a meat option. The bed was comfortable and overall good for work trips.
