"Es war auch nicht genug Besteck/Teller/Tassen für alle da. Kaum sachen zum Kochen oder sauber machen. Dabei wäre gerade ein anständiger wischmopp da echt nötig gewesen. "We stayed in late April 2026 (two couples). The description of this property: Location, location, location!! We were in the heart of the old city--it was fantastic! Some previous travelers expressed concern about the challenge of getting their luggage up to the property. While the concern is valid (you need to either be in shape or bring only essential luggage pieces), it wasn't a problem in our case and we were handsomely rewarded with a most memorable (in the best way possible) experience. ...

"The hotel was clean, tidy, and well maintained, and the location is excellent. However, this is unfortunately not a very family-friendly hotel. Children are not allowed to use the indoor pool, and although there is an outdoor pool with loungers, you have to pass through the spa area to access it, which also restricts children from entering. With temperatures reaching 33 degrees, this was quite disappointing for families travelling with kids. We then decided to use the hotel beach area, only to find out that sunbeds cost an additional €25 each, which felt excessive considering we were already hotel guests. Another downside was the parking charge. We were not aware before arrival that hotel parking costs €25 per day on top of the room rate. Overall, while the hotel itself is clean and comfortable, families with children should be aware of the restrictions and extra costs before booking."

"The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. We did notice that on our more casual days we received slightly different treatment from the staff in the dining room at breakfast, however the breakfast choices are incredible, the spa was exceptional, the staff I encountered and made requests or queries to were more than happy to help. The hotel is situated by the marina and is a short walk from the town and from gorgeous restaurants and bars. While we did not eat main meals at Grand Park hotel our stay still made us feel very pampered and relaxed overall and the hotel design is so so beautiful. They've done a phenomenal job with it overall. Also loved the pre check in form they send and the option to check out online. Everything is so considered to give you the most convenient experience and it is noticeable from the moment you arrive. "

"Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich gut instand gehalten. Das Gebäude ist recht gross. Je nach dem wo das Zimmer ist, muss man recht viel laufen. Schöne Aussicht. Pool ebenfalls. In Hauptsaison ist der pool sicherlich zu klein. Schönes Spielzimmer für Kinder vorhanden. Minibar im Zimmer leer. Nicht mal eine Wasserflasche im Zimmer. Rezeption interessiert das nicht auch nach Nachfrage. Parkplatz extragebühren 20-/Tag. Wollten unser Aufenthalt um 1 Tag verschieben (in Nebensaison, hotel fast leer), dann hat es geheissen, sie haben keine Verfügbarkeiten. Nicht motiviert, um etwas für die Gäste zu tun."
