"The property was tired and needed a refurbishment. Certain essentials were missing or did nor work. The oven knob was not turning the operating spindle to which it should have been attached,and the Micro Wave turn table didn't turn. Tthere were no plugs in the bath nor the Sink out let and the crockerty was sparse, I would say to summer visitors stay away if you are expecting air con. I had to go out and buy a fan. Other essentials were also missing. No bottle opener, not enough...

"Fantastic apartment 10 min to Plovdiv’s Main Street, 15 min to old town. Absolute gem. From the outside the building isn’t glamorous but it’s very safe and the apartment is plenty big for a family of 4, maybe even more if people sleep on the sofas on the living room. The shower works well but there’s no separate shower area or curtains so the owner provides a squeegee and slippers. The boiler is big so many people can shower in a near time. "The apartment seemed clean enough and a good size. The shower tray was split and there was no curtain so naturally water went everywhere. They’d left a squeegee to try to get the water down a drain in the bathroom floor. Very poor. Biggest problem was the adjacent bar pumped incredibly loud music until the early hours of the morning. Around 4am on the Saturday morning. This also starts around 3:30pm for apres ski but only for a couple of hours. "
