"カルカッソンヌ周辺で評価が良くて値段の高すぎない宿を探していました。 評価がとても良かったので、ちょっと遠いかなと思いながらも予約してみたのですが、期待をはるかに超えるとても良い宿でした。 まず、Limouxという村ですが、知る人ぞ知る良質なスパークリングワインの名産地らしく、静かでとても良い雰囲気。宿は葡萄畑のなかにひっそり佇むという趣で、古くからあった建物を全面改装したものだそうです。お隣の畑で作られたスパークリングのウェルカムドリンクで迎えていただきましたがこれが本当に美味しく、部屋はシティーホテルに勝るとも劣らない清潔感と設備で、何一つ不自由なく過ごせました。 窓から見える景色はまるで額に入った絵のようで、特筆すべきは朝食、本当に予約した値段なのだろうか（もしかして総額と一人当たりの額を間違えてる？）と思ってしまうほど充実しており、地物にこだわったハムやサラミにヨーグルト、聞かなかったけれど、多分庭にいたニワトリの産んだ卵をリクエストに応じて調理してくださるという、素晴らしいものでした。やたらと濃厚でえらく美味しいなと思ったヨーグルトは聞けば羊のミルクのヨーグルト。...
