"Environnement très bruyant, boulevard très passant et terrasse de café... J'étais venu pour me reposer ! Mon studio était situé au-dessus de la porte d'entrée à ouverture et fermeture automatique avec un moteur qui résonnait et cognait dans mon studio jour et nuit. Je l'ai signalé à l'employé présent au bout de 48h qui m'a dit "je vais voir ce que je peux faire en vous changeant de studio..." j'attends encore sa réponse. Personnel peu aimable et pas complaisant"

"The hotel is adjacent to the thermal spa facilities with a connecting bridge. There is a beautiful park nearby with a nice walk on river banks. The hotel/spa complex was built in the 1980s and everything looks dated and in need of a full upgrade. That said, staff was very nice, breakfast was very good and the thermal facilities were nice. Hotel guests must pay 40 euros per room per day for access. The hotel is dog friendly as well. The room rate was quite low so overall it was reasonable value. It could be an amazing place with some investments."
