"Je ne peux pas juger de la piscine car l'hotel ne m'a pas reçu après avoir réserver ma chambre par HOTEL.COM. J'ai donc eu des frais pour un hébergement dont je n'ai pas jouie, soit environ 85 €. J'ai du cherche un hébergement en urgence la nuit même. Hotel.com n'a pas défendu SON CLIENT, il a juste éviter toutes discussions pour ne pas à avoir à monter au créneau auprès de l'hotel "Une pause au Logis". L'hotel "Une pause au Logis" => des voleurs."

"I arrived and the owner wasn’t expecting me even though I had booked earlier that day through Expedia. The room was fine, hard mattress but I like that. A bit outdated and hard worn sheets but I slept really well. I asked about dinner and the owner said yes 7:30. I was sat in reception alone (in the dark as the light kept going off) and served a bowl of pasta with chopped up smoked salmon and cheese, a dry crepe and a terrible packaged flan. "Our night at the Chateau had to be the single most memorable night of our trip. I loved it; my other half was a bit freaked by it all. The property is a long way from anywhere down a stone road. The wildlife is incredible (I’ve never heard an all-night frog chorus before and the deer roam freely through the meadows). "This appears to be a re-badged Campanile hotel which has just had Campanile signs changed to Design Inn. As such it provides good basic, no frills accommodation. The one difference with Campanile is that this hotel does not provide dinner but is very close to a Buffalo Grill which is conveniently located for dinner. There were various places where old Campanile signs had been removed but not well repaired so it gives the impression of not being well cared for. The staff were very helpful and found a secure place to store my bicycle. The breakfast was fine without being exceptional."

"Friendly staff & more efficient air conditioning than we have found in multiple hotels in France this year was very welcome. As was the free welcome cocktail which came with the carpeted room. Less good, though, was the way the television turned itself on every time we came back into the room & put the key into the slot adjacent to the door, that our queen-size double bed was a bit saggy in the middle, the shower was another one of the doorless types, which meant that splash into the rest of the bathroom & beyond was inevitable & the street light immediately outside our window did not have a shade on it. This meant that, even though blackout curtains were in place, some light still showed around them, which was unfortunate. Also, the windows were only double-glazed (not triple or more), which meant that the sound of the radios from the parked cars below our window was unpleasantly audible in our room. Thank you."

"Excellent Hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel itself has a quirky layout , as it’s in a very large old mansion house, all of which adds to its charm! The hotel is well kept and is a very clean , well run and well maintained and is within easy walking distance of the town centre and the river. (5-10 mins) . There are a lot of bars and restaurants with variable opening times! There’s parking available in front of the hotel, which is private and convenient. There’s also an excellent restaurant. The room we had was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the room size was very good, we were also fortunate enough to have a small terrace outside of our balcony doors. The shower was big and the amenities were great. There’s also a fridge in the room as well as tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast offered was relatively limited but was fresh and tasty. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again."
