Great property and laborious checkin and service

The appartement was well located, quiet and very clean. The checkin however was laborious. You have to download an app in advance and then you get a code. It didn’t work immediately for us and we couldn’t get any help as we checked in a Saturday and the customer service is only available during business hours, Monday to Friday.

A spacious one bedroom apartment that was spotlessly, clean and very convenient for three adults The apartment was slightly difficult to find the first time but otherwise it was great Google maps is accurate for directions It was spacious for three adults with a full kitchen, microwave, coffee maker and kettle If needed, they also had an iron and ironing board The beds were comfortable and the bedding was good The Wi-Fi worked well It was quiet and we had very little noise. Bus 9 is the closest but bus 21 was also within a short walk

Magnifique appartement hôtel

Séjour magnifique, l’appartement était comme sur les photos, on se sentait vraiment comme à la maison ❤️ la communication avec le personnel était très bien, la literie était impeccable et il y avait tous le matériel nécessaire en cuisine, en salle de bain et une buanderie également. Le seul truc qui nous a manqué c’est l’internet sur la TV pour accéder a Netflix ou YouTube. Un grand balcon avec une vue splendide. Le zone est très calme et paisible. Un arrêt de bus juste en face , très bien desservi en transport, il est à 15min de la gare de Lausanne, 10min du lac , il y a le musée olympique à proximité … bref il est parfait ☺️😇❤️

This was billed as a hotel and was not. Even the taxi driver could not find it! It is a tiny apartment next to the laundry room on the ground floor under a train trestle. And by the way, there is no air conditioning. The choice was to leave the windows open and deal with the noise of the train or keep the windows shut in the record breaking heat. The view is of an alley and train trestle. Even on a sunny day the place is pretty dark. The one bedroom holds a king size bed with2 tiny night tables. Bags must be kept on the floor. There is a sleep sofa in the main room but when that is open there is only 1 chair to sit in. The sofa bed was for our granddaughter and was made up for her when we arrived. Despite that, we only had 2 towels and they were pretty thin. There were no extra towels, no bar soap, body wash dish soap or paper towels. There also wAs not a store within walking distance to purchase same. The place looked like it was new so the condition was good. That is about all we can say good about it. This is more of an Airbnb and should be market as such.
