It’s an odd hotel. No elevator. No food service or even drinks. No bar. Not a lot. The rooms were ok. But this is not a super place. It’s ok if you’re trying to stay on the low end of price.

There is no lift at this property, so if you have condition with knees, ask for ground floor. I was on third floor and was agony. Too close to nightclubs and door door door till 2am.

Night Life
Hotel is a modern, clean and convenient location for the night life in Thailand with an excellent helpful friendly staff. Would recommend for singles/couples. For families it may be considered a bit noisy for this hotel as it close to the bars on Pattaya walking street.

Good location, clean rooms and great staff. A little pricy considering its a 3 star hotel but i will book W14 again when the price is reasonable.

Hotel was in a great location. Equivilant to staying directly on Bourbon Street. But it wasnt noist at all. However, the staff wasnt great. They couldnt really gelp me with directions or activities. They also dont greet you at all which I thought was very rude. On my last day I requested a late check out at 3pm. Notmal check out is 12p. They charged me for half a days stay. For this reason alone, I will not be returning. They clearly dont care about a satisifed customer

After spending 30000 baht at the hotel they charged me 400 baht to launder a towel they say got ‘too dirty’ half way through my stay. No mention until check out. Poor customer relations. Very poor

OK small hotel in nightlife area
Little hotel is in location nightlife walking street. Room is OK but air conditioner is pretty old and not cold enough. Room is available desk but lack of sitting area (small table and small sofa) for relaxing, watching TV or drinking beer.

Good location. Fairly new property. POOR SERVICE Bed had a stain spot upon checkin. Housekeeping was nice. Room was extremely hot upon check in and it took sometime for the AC to cool off the room. AC started leaking inside the room and soaked one of my shirts and the floor. The shower did not drain properly and soaked the bathroom floor. The lobby coffee shop was inactive. No food selection or coffee service. Staff makes you feel like you’re a burden rather than a guest. The staff stationed on Feb 13th around 5pm in the afternoon especially the lady with a name that starts with an A... (she had her name tag scratched) was extremely rude and aggressive. It happened when I inquired why two people came to my room to retrieve room keys? When I asked what is this about she immediately became very defensive and started to become rude. This was most likely caused by her lack of understanding why I was asking the question. I tried to explain to her that for someone from a foreign country, it seems quite suspicious when two different men within a matter of minutes come to your room to retrieve keys? I told her I have never seen one of the man that retrieved the key so I became suspicious. I was asking for my own safety and security. This lady did not care and was plain rude and aggressive. Management needs to observe her behavior. The people from this location needs to learn from the exceptional service provided by hotel staff in Bangkok where I stayed previously

Hi Dear, Customer I,m the one you mean i think, you tell me you forgot your room key i give you extra key card and i tell you give me back later and when you go in room you called me WIFI not work i tell engineer go reset for you and i tell him can he bring extra key card for me but you give him wrong key the man reception he go change key card from you. Excuse me i don't understand and i don't know what we do not good to you. when you come downstairs and complain i tried to explain to you why have 2 mans go to see you in your room because there had different job from you. Thanks.

Great rooms, awful food!
The hotel rooms are wonderful, even have full laundry in the room! Very clean & spacious. Really close to the main Walking Street too. The included breakfast was terrible!! Both myself and my partner suffered severe gastro after the first breakfast & again 3 days later when we finally went back. AVOID the food at all cost!

Good choice very near the walking street
Very nice for fairly basic accommodations - large room, clean, nice bathroom, washer and dryer, very good cable, solid enough internet but a bit inconsistent. There is no elevator, so you're going to be humping up the stairs. The people are nice, there's a coffee shop downstairs, and some interesting street food right out front at night. Didn't use the pool on the roof, but it was nice up there. The location is just off of the north end of the walking street and on a side street that features a number of go-go clubs, so there's that to consider. For me that meant walking north several blocks to find decent places to eat, etc., but not a big deal. The room, on the 3rd floor overlooking the street, was very quiet, so not a problem from that standpoint. If you're in Pattaya for the nightlife it's a great location.
