Great memories made here

Our experience was wonderful. The staff went the extra mile and made sure our stay was an unforgettable experience. Our room was luxurious, the location is fantastic. A short walk to the beach, restaurants, or markets. We will be returning to make more fantastic memories!

Location is fine , close to walking distance . The building is nice as you walk in the foyer . But the room l got was pretty outdated, smelling from moisture and roof were full of moulds, the room was dark due exposure in front of other buildings . My friend had the same room but in well lighting room facing sunlight, and was offered a fruit as a welcome. Not me ! And he paid $100 cheaper than l what l got . A let down .

It was a beautiful hotel. Lovely room. However, the lobby and restaurant was way too hot. Very uncomfortable to sit there.

Amazing property for the price. Only thing is you need to put the “please make up my room” sign outside your door each day. This place has sea views from most rooms and the rooftop pool bar and restaurant is amazing. Over the top value for money in a nicer and quieter section of Pattaya (family friendly)

This hotel is a four star not 5, although it is nice, the breakfast was very basic and not really catered well for english but then again it is in thailand so i guess you cant really moan at that. The reception staff were excellent and extremely helpful but the staff in the roof bar were very slow and it took ten mins just to get a drink despite being relatively quiet. Food on the roof top was nice but expect to wait fourty mins for it. I would definitely stay there again despite its little downfalls.

Checkin was friendly and smooth - then we were led to our room and an assault of mould smell hit us. Walls visibly wet, black mould everywhere and in the aircon vents. We asked to change rooms which was accommodated very quickly and easily with the lovely staff. Crazy however to even try and put guests in that space - it was uninhabitable. Otherwise - VERY comfortable bed, huge space in the family suite.

Maybe this hotelnwas 5 star 40 years ago but not anymore. Swimming pool was not available and faucet water was not clean. Dirty water smelled. Furnitures are old and not clean. Scared to sit on it. Don't tricked by BW. it's not worthy at all.

Overall nice

Stayed in the junior suite. Looks nice on the outside but so many little things were poor. The shower faucet was falling off the wall. The overhead shower would leak for over a day before it would stop when using the wand. Half the electrical outlets didn't work. With 2 TVs back to back, the remote would turn on or tune bith TVs. Tv content quality was SD at best. The lobby smelled like rubbing alcohol and the elevator buttons would push into the wall. Balcony lights would not work, and AC is only in the bedroom. Not in the living room area Good stuff - cozy bed, hot shower, good fridge, excellent location to the beach. Generally a quiet location. Super nice staff too
