I had a great stay at Somerset. I’m not their usual guest but they made me feel welcome and comfortable. All the staff was respectful and nice. The hotel is right by Central Pattaya and Tree town and lots of stores and restaurants. The room was nice, bed was comfortable, and bathroom was luxurious. Although there’s a refrigerator, stove top, and microwave it would’ve been nice to have a little bit of a mini bar. There’s no AC in the hallways but the elevators were always quick enough it wasn’t really an issue for me. I really enjoyed my stay and I will be booking again when I come back next year.

Good value for the money. The laundry machine in room was a super bonus, but the dryer did not full dry my clothes so had hang dry or iron to fully dry.

For a 4 star hotel as evidenced by their rates the property falls short on some fronts. Many of the common areas are not air conditioned. The flooring use in the rooms looks dirty and worn even thought the hotel is less than 1 yr old. The card key requires multiple passes to work. I know it’s minor but the property should be better for its class.

Bad service. Bad front desk. Dirty and loud area. Has an electric car charging station but a slow one and costs 3 times the price of the normal charging fast station. Won’t be coming back

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Excellent location with transport at the front door and all main attractions steps away. Staff very attentive and helpful, making our stay as comfortable as we wanted. Look forward to returning to the Somerset hotel on my next trip.
