Property is good in terms of staff customer service, room size and pool upstairs. There is no convenience store, far from everything, no transport except taxi and breakfast is not good at all.

Room was large and clean but road noise was bad due to poor quality double glazing. Breakfast also very poor both quality and choice. Would not stay again

I booked the king and queen bed room. Travelled with 2 young kids. Fantastic value. Room and toilet is new and clean. Huge fridge in the room. Internet speed is good. Hotel staff very friendly and welcoming. Quiet with the windows closed. I couldn't hear any noise from the neighbouring rooms. The king and queen bed were both very comfortable. My family slept very well. Shuttle provided to Central Mall 3 times a day. 2 minor complains. Shower temperature keep turning from hot to cold even though the knob position was not adjusted and the water in the shower wasn't draining fast. We asked the hotel maintenence to come check but the problem wasn't solved. However these are small issues. I would definitely stay here again. Please give me a thumbs up or helpful if you read this and find my review useful.

Luxus.
Really nice hotel that is luxus decorated. Clean and OK location. Bed very comfortable. I can only recommend this hotel if you stay in Phratamnak.

Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans cet établissement . La chambre est spacieuse , la cuisine pas très bien équipée, pour se préparer un petit déjeuné . La piscine est très belle avec vue sur la mer et l’endroit relativement calme . La mer a 15 min à pieds, mais plus facile d’avoir un scoot pour se déplacer .

Séjour de 10 nuits. Le personnel a fait au mieux pour nous changer de chambre car celle attribuée a notre arrivée n'était pas conforme à notre demande. Préférez une suite majestueuse a une chambre pour être isolé des éventuelles nuisances des parties communes. Demandez un hébergement à l'arrière du bâtiment si vous craignez le bruit de la rue. La piscine en roof top est spacieuse par contre manque de transat et parasols.

An OK experience
The building is in quite good condition and the room are spacious. Big and comfortable bed. Large fridge and a kitchen where is possible to make your own food/dinner. But in fact there weren't much cooking amenities. Anyway, i suggest you skip to include breakfast, because you dont get a hotell breakfast. Swimming pool on top of the building, is large enough to swim. In fact is the place just a condo building and not a hotell..but it is a good one and my favorite so far in this area of pratumnak. Suitable for families, couples and also single traveler's.

Velg Sirin Exclusive Hotel and Residence PhraTamNak Soi 5,Pattaya City om du er ute etter kvalitet. Dette hotellet har det du trenger. Fantastisk utsikt fra stort basseng med bar på takterrassen. Velg rom med sjøutsikt. Rommene er store og nye, med svært god aircondition. Rengjøring hver dag og hyggelige ansatte som vet hva de gjør. Vi kommer garantert tilbake.
