I booked a suite, so I expected a higher level of comfort and service, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The check-in was delayed by about 30 minutes, and the reception staff were not very friendly, which made the arrival experience unpleasant.
The room had several issues: the water pressure was very low, so the shower and the jacuzzi bathtub did not work properly. Hot water was often missing, and there were water leaks throughout the bathroom. The balcony was also unusable due to a faulty window.
The cleanliness was below expectations, there was no soap provided, and overall the maintenance of the suite appeared neglected. In addition, there was no sound insulation and the noise from the surrounding area made it difficult to rest.
Considering that this was a suite, these issues are even less acceptable. I hope the hotel will seriously improve maintenance, cleanliness, and service quality.
