AUCUNE RECEPTION ! ATTENTION !

Réservation confirmée et payée en intégralité mais je n'ai jamais pu acceder a ma chambre ! Quand je suis arrivé, pas de reception contrairement a ce que dit le site ! L'hotel a côté m'a expliqué qu'il fallait taper le code donné par mail pour accéder a la chambre, mail que je n'ai jamais recu. J'ai donc du réserver une autre chambre en urgence

It was not what I booked I booked a room 1 king size bed and and sofa bed with pool facing room what we got was queen size bed face a vacant block next door their was three of us trying to stay in this room. The own of the condo told me over the phone you get what you pay for. So we stayed one night and went to another hotel. He also told me he would send us back our money that we had paid. I am still waiting. I have sent two emails to hotel.com I’m still waiting for a reply from them. We also booked the condo for the 16th to 17th April.which we paid for on the 16th they told us the room was not ready. So we booked in another hotel we are waiting for that money to be returned which they told they would with in three day. Then on the 17th we booked in and left the next morning.We are still waiting for some to reply to us and get our money will never book with them again.

Staff refused to check me in. I believe that i was discriminated against because Mr Topo did not even want to check my booking number. Other staff suggested that i come at a later time when he isn’t there. My money was wasted.
