The service and staff are excellent. Unfortunately I had a hard time to sleep because the Airconditioning is not central and it is loud although it may not be problem for everyone.

The staff and management were both willing to go the extra mile to deliver excellent service. In fact they went out of their way to help make sure I was happy and comfortable. I have been to many other hotels in the area and this was my best experience in 14 trips. I plan to return next trip!!

This is a actually a legitimate short hire in an apartment block. You actually check-in in the sales office and the room was a spacious studio space with all the facilities promised. Location in the middle of Jomtien Beach but easy to access Pattaya by Bolt taxi

Jomtien Beach Penthouses is an excellent base for your stay in Jomtien. Less than a block from the best strip of beach, night market and plenty of restaurants. The pool is great and the one bedroom apartment is spacious. Sparkling clean.

Accueil et personnel adorable et serviable ! Sécurité la nuit, endroit sûr et animé mais calme la nuit ! Chambre équipée avec kitchenette et vaisselle ! Wifi bien marché ! Bon emplacement pour visiter la ville très bruyante de Pattaya City a 3/4 km... marché de nuit 100m a pieds, restauration exquise et peu chère, pas que de la cuisine Thai.. plein de restaurants et bars ! Transats a 100 baths (3€) la journée a l ombre en bord de plage !

Penthouse with plunge pool

Nice spacious penthouse property with a lot of outdoor space. Close to the beach and a number of convenience stores. Only issues I encountered was the tv in main bedroom did not work despite raising it with the office , and whilst the properties have small pools they would be better described as plunge pools as they are small. Also getting in and out of the pools could prove difficult for anyone with mobility issues as no steps or pool ladder. This is a condo style property with an office but not the usual reception style you would get in a hotel.

A perfect place for a couple as us enjoying Jomtien beach. We had a one bedroom suite for 9 days. The suite was spacious and well decorated, suitable furniture and a balcony. The area is quiet. Bars and restaurants are in a walkable distance. The staff is helpful, serviceminded and attentive.

숙소는 사진보다 훨씬 좋았습니다. 청소도 깨끗이 해주셨고 직원분들도 친절하셨습니다. 다만 좀티엔 비치쪽에 위치하다보니 아무래도 시내까지 접근성이 떨어졌고 그 부분은 아쉬웠습니다. 그래도 썽테우를 타면 한번에 갈 수 있어서 좋았습니다.

Perfect Appartements in a relaxed area

Very well designed apartments, beautiful pool, currently brand new. 7/11, some restaurants and the beach just a few steps away. Good parking. Not cheap but certainly worth the money.

bed was like 2 holes on either side of a middle bar! please update you mattresses! rooms were nice. tv went out a few tines while there. close to night market and right by the beach! but really put some money into your beds.

This is the best managed property in my many years of travel. Checkin took about two minutes.Pool area is very clean. There is also a well equipped gym, the security is excellent. If there was one thing that could improve is to have cards to the apartments and not keys. The property is also not good for anyone in a wheelchair.
