Pros: Great location, very friendly front desk. Rooms are basic, but nice. Cons: They missed cleaning my room for 3 days. The TV wouldn't show any channels. Would I stay again? Yes

No water sporadically for 2 consecutive days. When there was water, it was a trickling and a dirty brown color. No soap or shampoo after the 2nd night. Also had ants always crawling on the ground and tables.

Wow where do I start lol. We checked in. Lady spoke zero English, but that can be expected here and there. She took forever just to find reservations. Then we asked for WiFi code and she said there is no code now until later when lady pays internet bill lol. So we went to rooms, 5 flights of stairs up and down. The rooms, we had 3. Room one, the safe was not bolted down to anything and they wanted 100baht a day to use lol. The door handle fell off the door and would not latch at all! We informed the lady and she said we fix later, man is too busy right now. So I said five new room she said no, you already checked into that one. Second room. I sat in there two hours and the ac just blew fan temperature air, so I was sweating for two hours. I told her, she said it’s ok, it’s cooler at night you’ll be ok lol. Third room, the only one that worked properly, but mold and the usuals. Two of us left, the one who stayed regretted it. He said blaring music all night and honking etc since it’s in a main road. It is cheap but not worth it at all!

If you want to sleep at night don’t book this hote
If you want to sleep at night don’t book this hotel. One side of it is in the mail road with heavy traffic and noise including live music playing lout all night long. The back side of it is neighboring with the agogo Clubs wich also play louder music until 4pm

Cheap, great location, noisy, no lift
Noisy, bar and agogo just beside the hotel, can hear the bass sound even in the room till 3am. No Lift, stay 5th floor, climb up and down eveyday, tired. Just beside the 2nd road so easy to hop on to the round trip van at 10thb. when first check in the hotel at 6pm, room still not clean, safe deposit box not working, no toilet paper. no phone in the room, so I need to climb up and down many time to get things fixed. But for the price I pay for and the location, i think is ok.

Had a great time here, good location, 7 11 on doorstep, will stay here again on next trip, head to sailors bar on the next street over (soi 8) really great food and cocktails :)

Good value with caveats
For the price you cant complain too much provided that you know what you are paying for. Location is good. Close to night life and a short distance to shopping complexes. It's not ideal for couples or light sleepers as you can hear the traffic and booming bass from the clubs. The rooms are a bit tired but clean. It's definitely not one for people who are going to struggle with carrying luggage up potentially 4 sets of stairs as there are no lifts.

Ideally located in the heart of the soi7and soi8 bar scene. If you're into it, this hotel is smack bang in the middle of it. If you want a good night's sleep, go elsewhere!

Be decisive!
It is best to book icheckinn properties for as short of days as possible if you haven't stayed at the property before. 2 years ago I booked 10 nights at the Nana property and asked if I could get a refund for the final 2 nights to check out Pattaya and they declined. This trip I booked 4 nights and gave up on looking for a condo temporarily and made the serious error of booking 8 additional nights. 3 nights after understanding Pattaya geography better I asked if I could leave early and get a refund for the remaining 5 nights which was declined. I inquired at midnight what time the mgr. would be in and the girl at the desk said she didn't know. At 11:30 am I asked for a word with the mgr. and the girl said he was off today. The second room they gave me has the window view of the back of bldgs. The itinerary says city views but that is not true.

Bring earplugs!
I love icheckinn Nana so I gave this a whirl since it has same parent company. The location is within 5 mins. from Subway and McDonalds and a 20 min. walk from Walking St. This location is not good for children because of the abundance of nightclubs. Only a 5 min. walk to beach. The major problem is the bar next door that blast music from evening to 3 AM. It is bone-jarring loud. Anyone that can tolerate this more than 5 days is a trooper. My bathroom has a slight after-smell. The paint is peeling. Strangely the age of hotels are not accurate on hotels.com. The empty fridge is great for keeping snacks and drinks cool. A good landmark is Pattaya Memorial Hospital in the rear. Tony's gym is a 9 min. walk away but is a steep $20/week. The hotels the next block over on Soi 8 are probably half as loud. I probably will not stay here again but will try the other sister properties around the country. The staff here is great and helpful.

Free parking means you park in the street.
Thier is no parking at this hotel as advertised. Thier is no elevator, the music is loud all night. This is no a place to bring you family, but if your single and you need a place for one night this is your place.

繁華街のど真ん中で、立地は最高。ビーチまでも近く、思わず水着に着替え、軽く泳ぎに行ってしまった。部屋がたまたま良かったせいか、皆さんが指摘されてる騒音もあまり気にならず、部屋も少なくとも不潔ではなく、過ごしやすかった。あえて言えば、説明書きに反して部屋でWi-Fiが使えず、使うならロビーへ行く必要があったり、そもそも古い建屋ではあるが何故か床がデコボコ、またスタッフか客かは分からないが、部屋の外やロビーが夜になっても騒がしいことがあり、そういうことが気になり、文句を言いたくなる人には不適切。自分は、どちらかと言えば、そういう環境であればこちらも遠慮なく気楽に過ごせると考える人間であり、居心地が悪くなかった。またパタヤへ行く機会があって、ある程度安価で泊まれるのであれば、是非利用したいと思う。

En uhumsk pengemaskine i et støjende prostitutionskvarter. Hotellet er faldefærdig, personalet kan knap engelsk og selvom der står på deres hjemmeside at værelserne er inklusiv pengeskab, skal man betale 100 bath i døgnet for at bruge det. De beholdte desuden mit 1000 bath depositum.

値段の割には立地条件は良く夜遊びには好都合なホテル。 しかし、バーから流れる低音の音楽とバー嬢の叫び声が夜中の3時までは非常に騒音が酷い、気にならない人にはコスパは良好、気になる方は耳栓が必須です。

このホテルは、石鹸以外なにアメニティがありません。　バスタオルすら。 ただし、部屋はコンパクトで素泊まりなら問題ないです。 あと、１日で大きい茶ｺﾞｷﾌﾞﾘが3匹でました。 部屋がコンパクトすぎて対処しなければ寝れませんでした。ティッシュごしにゴキブリを三匹つかまえたので気分がわるいです。

寝るだけでいいのであれば◎
値段を最優先に、シャワー使えれば良いとのことで新しいホテルを選択。 まぁ、値段相応なんでしょう。寝るだけ、シャワー浴びるだけなら場所柄も良いです。 大きな音がふんだんに聞こえますので、気になる人はもうちょっとグレードを上げたほうがいいと思います。 カードキーを２枚貰えるので（理由を聞かれた、冷蔵庫を使いたいと回答）１枚差しっぱなしにしないと、部屋は暑く冷蔵庫も冷えないです。 今回駐車場が無料とあったが、バイクの場合ホテル前に数台しか空きが無く、道路脇に停めるような感じだったので、ちょっと夜が心配でした。 ネットで４９９Ｂと書いてあったので、参考にしてみてください。
