People speak very less English so little bit difficulty in communicating clearly otherwise its a fantastic hotel.

This is a nice place to stay. The rooms are spacious with lots of amenities. The neighborhood has everything. Steps from the beach. I really enjoyed my stay. Staff are excellent.

A last-minute choice for me, but it was comfortable. The hotel is dated but maintained to a decent standard. My room did not have a safe, but there were lockboxes available at reception.

The location was great,short walk to the beach,cafes&eateries,hotel is a bit dated but clean which to me is more important. The swimming pool was disappointing great views but pool was rather small.But overall nice& quite,i would use this hotel again. cheers Mike Australia

I’m writing this review after staying here a second time. I was satisfied the first time and the second time was even better! My room was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was nice and hot and the bathroom (and room) were cleaned daily. The staff always greeted me with a warm smile and they were very helpful when I asked questions or needed anything. One staff member in particular went above and beyond for me in terms of customer service. I wish I got his name! I will definitely stay here again if I’m ever in this part of Thailand again! The location is awesome, and what you get for the price is unbeatable in my opinion. Budget priced accommodation but it certainly doesn’t feel like it when you stay here!

Comfortable, Clean, Centrally Located Hotel
The hotel is on a quiet alley, but centrally located very close to the beach and within walking distance of Walking Street, the pier, shops, massage parlors, restaurants, etc. The rooms were cleaned daily, the bed was comfortable, the pool was okay, a bit small, but with a good view. The only negative about our stay was that when we left for the day, the refrigerator would defrost and leak water on the floor.

The pool area is bad. The decking is dangerous and pool coping is jacked up. We didn’t go in. The a/c unit on the wall dripping water. I put a towel and bucket under.

Overall a good stay, had no issue with anything. Only thing I noticed while sitting in lobby for sometime that the lady who works at front counter in evening is extremely rude. I have never seen such a rude person at reception in my 25 years of travel. Luckily I didn’t have to deal with her but saw other people’s dealings with her.

3 x nights at The Inn House Hotel. Pattaya.
The Hotel is clearly past its best and shows a need for serious refurbishment. My bathroom was dimly lit and there was no stopper in the sink, meaning water had to be left running during shaving for example. No hot water either unless shaving under the shower. The biggest disappointment for me was the size of the rooftop pool which is not really a swimming pool but more a non-working Jacuzzi that is not large enough to swim in really. The hotel location just off the beach road is good with the beach itself just opposite on the other side of the beach road and Walking Street a few minutes walk away. There are more modern hotels surrounding this hotel. However, for what it is, the hotel is fairly priced.
