This place is convenient because of the location. It is basic but nice. The bed and pillow are comfortable and it is ok for short time. Can't comment on the breakfast because we did not get it. The is OK

Far from the city of Pattaya, the breakfast is very disappointing (there are no ingredients or options available). I am vegetarian and don’t know what the dishes are made of, and the restaurant supervisor speaks only Thai and cannot communicate. The reception staff, however, are good.

Not sure what is going on with this property. Either it is being renovated in sections, or it is decaying. The room was ok. Ants were crawling near my bed. The towels were way past life expectancy. It has potential, but as mentioned, I don't know what direction it is headed
