지낼만 했어요.

한 가족이나 친구 둘이 지내기에는 괜찮네요. 청결 상태는 보통이고요. 화장실 싱크가 새고 있었었요. 거실 등도 두 군데가 나가 있었고요. 그러나 큰 아이들 둘 데리고 지내기에 그리 나쁘진 않았어요.

การติดต่อเข้าพัก กับรีเซฟชั่น ติดต่ออยากมาก รอเป็นครึ่งชั่วโมงกว่าจะตามตัวเจอ และต้องรออีกเป็น 20 นาที กว่าจะตามหาแม่บ้านจะจัดเตรียมผ้าเช็ดตัว และกุญแจให้ได้ครบ เข้าไปในห้อง เป็นอะไรที่ไม่ประทับใจเลย โซฟาสกปรก ห้องน้ำ ห้องครัว ที่นอน แล้วไฟดับ หลายครั้งมาก ต้องรอโทรตามชั่งมาแก้ไข รอเป็นชั่วโมง

良かった点 :未就学児を含む子供連れだったため、プールに大喜びで毎日遊んでました。またセブンイレブンがすぐそばにあり、生活必需品から食品まで買え便利でした。フルキッチン、電子レンジと洗濯機があり、長期滞在はもちろん家族連れにはストレスなく過ごしました。 悪かった点: 英語の出来るスタッフがかなり限られているため、チェックイン当日まで事前に、チェックイン方法やアーリーチェックインの希望に対する返答が得られず不安感がありました。ハウスキーパーは英語が殆ど出来ません。また建物があちこち古く、ソファに穴が空いていたりガラスにヒビが入っていたり。部屋の中にムカデやミミズも多く出ましたし、水周りも古かったです。

Wanted to check in at 11pm. No one there to check in even the phone number given on the reservation did not responded. Next day morning when someone picked the phone he talked something in thai and disconnected the phone which was never Picked up again. .. even the booking company, which was done through ebookers didnt care to respond. ลูกๆสนุกกับสระว่ายน้ำและเครื่องเล่นในสระน้ำ ห้องพักสะอาดดี เสียตรงผ้าขนหนูเก่ามากๆ ในห้องน้ำไม่มีสบู่ และ Shower gap ให้ ต้องเตรียมไปเองนะค่ะ ขอแนะนำ และผ้าขนหนูควรเปลี่ยนค่ะเพราะถ้าแบบนั้นที่บ้านจะเอาไปเป็นผ้าทำความสะอาดพื้น ตรงครัวควรมีผ้าเช็ดโต๊ะหรือไว้เช็คน้ำให้ก็จะดีค่ะ

Bij ontvangst, ontvangt een schoonmaker je die geen engels kan, je niks kan uitleggen over de appartement en waar alles zich bevindt. We kregen 2 kamers die niet voor ons waren ik had namelijk een luxe kamer geboekt en nu zaten ik en me gezin op de 4e verdieping en me moeder op de 8e. Na toch tijdeljjk akkoord zijn gegaan met de kamers, omdat ze onze kamers hadden verhuurd en de volgende dag vrij zouden komen. Werden wij tot 2 keer toe teleurgesteld door de schoonmaker die valse afspraken maakte. Verder had de kamer zeer veel gebreken en was het smerig. De slaapbank had geen deken en de waterkoker werkte niet.

Good location, poor condition of apartments

We booked two one-bedroom apartments for 15 days, unfortunately have to say that we were very disappointed. The resort is ok but the apartments we got were very poor. General areas are clean, there are security officers, pool area is great and location good, close to the beach. Nice restaurants in the road leading to beach. 7Eleven in the Atlantis resort was great. We were aware that there is no cleaning included during the stay, it is no problem to clean the sand from the floor and take garbage out. However, it was uncomfortable that linen or towels were not changed. The owner does not take care of his property: apartments were unforgivable dirty, piles of dust, spots and splashes, greasy hand stains. Toilet seats broken in both apartments. Also in one of them, the flush handle was broken. The sofas were broken. In one apartment the balcony door lock was unsecure. Apartments smelled bad (mold?) and the other one started to smell like sewer after the shower was used. There was no safety deposit. Wifi was working fine in one apartment but difficulties in connecting in other apartment. Basically you have to be active and ask everything. We did not get wifi password for pool area and found the gym by accident :) The sign-in was complicated, ebookers advices to contact provider 48 hours prior arrival. Only phone number was given, no email contact was possible. I tried to call but we did not understand each other due to language difficulties. I ender up calling several times

Worst Possible Place in Pattaya

There is no staff at all on hand for checking in this place it is the worst possible place to stay in Pattaya. Located way out from everything. Total waste of money.

ได้ห้องพักตึกB วิวสระว่ายน้ำ ตามดีลตอนที่ซื้อพักได้ 4ท่าน แต่พอไปถึงกลับมีผ้าเช็ดตัววางไว้แค่ 2 ผืน ผ้าเช็ดตัวเก่ามากและบางมาก เหมือนผ้าเช็ดตัวที่ใช้สำหรับว่ายน้ำเท่านั้น ผ้าเช็ดเท้ามีไม่เพียงพอในห้อง ห้องน้ำ ฝักบัวน้ำไหลไม่ค่อยแรงเท่าไหร่ ห้องเล็กแต่ก็ถ้าพัก2 คนกำลังดี มี AIS wifi ให้ใช้ฟรี ห้องนอนนอนได้ 2ท่านเท่านั้น ส่วน sofa ที่บอกปรับนอนได้ก็นอนไม่สบายเลย เพราะว่ากางออกมาแล้วที่นอนไม่เสมอกัน เหมือนเอาไว้ให้เด็กนอนมากกว่าค่ะ มีหมอนอิงให้ 2ใบ และไม่มีผ้าห่มตรงSofa ให้ด้วย ตอนไป check in ลูกค้าต้องโทรไปเบอร์โทรที่อยู่ในใบจองซึ่งเป็นเบอร์โทรแม่บ้านของตึก จากนั้นเขาจะบอกห้องและจุดรับคีย์การ์ดค่ะ ที่จอดรถน้อย ในห้องไม่มีน้ำเปล่าบริการ แต่มีตู้เย็น ไมโครเวฟ ครัวเล็กเล็กมีเตาฟฟ้า มีระเบียงไว้ตากผ้า และเก้าอี้นั่งชมวิว มีเครื่องซักผ้าอยู่ตรงระเบียง ในห้องนอนไม่มีทีวี แต่มีแอร์ 2 ตัวในห้องนอนและห้องนั่งเล่น มีเครื่องครัวและจานชามช้อนแก้วให้ และโต๊ะทานข้าวเล็กเล็กสำหรับ 2ท่านค่ะ ตอที่ไปพักไฟในห้องพักเสียหนึ่งดวง ติดๆดับๆตลอดเวลา โดยรวมก็โอเคตามราคาที่ได้มา แต่ถ้าให้ไปพักอีก ก็อยากให้ตรวจสอบความพร้อมก่อนมาพักให้มากกว่านี้ค่ะ กระดาษทิชชู่ก็ให้ม้วนเดียวในห้องน้ำ

Ingen service overhovedet

Ingen reception og måtte selv ringe til Thailand for at aftale mht. nøgle. Hotels.com ville ikke hjælpe med dette. Ringede et utal af gange uden held. Viste sig, at Hotels.com havde oplyst forkert nummer på min reservation. Havde jeg kunne læse mig til, at opholdet krævede telefonopkald til Thailand, havde jeg aldrig booket dette resort. Blod på lagen og hovedpude. Ikke gjort rent ved ankomst og ingen rengøring under ophold, trods lovet af Hotels.com. Ingen at komme i kontakt med fx. mht. at få fat på toiletpapir - nemmere at købe alt selv. Fangede også selv en kakerlak. Dårlig stil Hotels.com!!!! Kæmpe poolområde (ingen liggestole) med vandland til mindre børn. Tænker det er et ok sted til familie med børn, der klarer alt selv og ikke forventer fx. rengøring eller håndklæder.

Great place!!

The resort was awesome!!! The pool was amazing! It would be a great place for families. The room was quite spacious and very nice inside. I definitely would stay there again!! The beach is about a 10 minute walk away. The only downside is that the there is no real check-in place. When we got there we had to contact the owner by phone and she directed to us how we could get into the room. She did not speak English very well so it was difficult to communicate. We had a few questions and were unable to get them answered by her.

Close to Confirm Beach. Free parking. Free Wifi.

Poor check-in arrangements. I arrived middle of the night and got to know that there's no reception at all. All you got was a tel no. to get in touch w the condo owner/ agent who posted it for lease on online website like Expedia. I could not get in touch by the phone no. and hence could not check in the first night even though I'd paid for it already. My family ended up sleeping inside the car we rented.
