I’ve stayed here a few times and always enjoy my stay. Great pool and spa, lose to restaurants seven eleven underneath the building which is well stocked. Friendly staff. Things are a little rundown but can cope. One thing I would suggest is non slip mats in bathroom as floor gets slippery after shower.

This was not what I expected from an Atlantis Property. The general feel was old. There were several electrical issues with our suite including the water pot almost catching fire. Still, the pool was excellent, and for the money it was not all bad. Still, for safety sake, I will look elsewhere for my next trip to Pattaya.

We stayed December 17-January 2,2026. The unit was perfect for the 2 of us and our son. The futon was okay for a teenager and the king bed was comfortable. The unit we stayed in was ground level with terrace access to the pools. Super handy. It is a rental unit so don’t expect white glove service or cleanliness. No housekeeping is included. There is a washing machine and clothes rack for drying. The grounds are why you stay here not the unit as there is a huge difference in condition of the condos. Be prepared to clean everything and do your own bedding. We met people that were not happy with the condo they rented. Again all units are in different states of repair and cleanliness. Be prepared.

To be clear - This property is Not A Hotel- so do not expect Any real Hotel amenities. There is no maid service. There is no desk to check in with or ask for assistance. There is a nice man and a phone number [whatsapp or Line prefered] but you have to text him or wait for a call back if you have an issue or questions. The Hot Water Kettle was not working and he delivered a replacement the same day. But it took time. This is an older Building. The room is older but was clean. And had everything that it needed. Its in a good location and has easy access to conveniences like a 7-11 right in front and a transportation route too. But his isn't a fancy place - its a value family resort lagua pool with some water slides and a play area. Think mini-golf not 18 Hole Champianship course.

This isn’t a Hotel. The agent meets you in the lobby and takes you to your room. We are out but the kitchen has all the necessary stuff to make simple meals. We had a fridge, toaster and microwave plus plates and cutlery. Don’t expect Hotel more like a AB&B.

現地SIMを持っていない人、英語を話せない人にはには絶対にお勧めしません。 通常のホテルと違いスタッフはいません。清掃などの仕事を請け負っている人のみです。場所に着いたら電話やメッセージでその部屋を管理している人に連絡をして対応してもらう必要がありますが、SIMがなければ辿り着かないまではいいませんが1-2時間は無駄にすると思います。 部屋はアジアの部屋としては綺麗な方に入ると思いますが、完璧を求める方には耐えられないかもしれません。 ここに泊まる方のメインはプールだと思いますが、プールは綺麗で、ホテルにしては子供が嬉しい設備が多いです。 3-5歳であればウォーターパークにいかずにここで遊ばせて、前後に観光でいいと思います。 とにかく子供には最高でした。

We hadden 3 appartementen. Alle 3 redelijk verouderd, maar voor een aantal nachten ok. Alles wat zichtbaar was leek schoon, maar onder bedden en banken was t vies. De afvoer in de badkamer stonk en we hadden een aantal keren een kakkerlak in de kamers. Mooi groot zwembad wat voor de kinderen die we mee hadden super was. Keukentje is ok. Helaas in 2 vd 3 appartementen geen doek of rek om de vaat af te kunnen drogen. Wasmachine is een plus. Locatie is goed. 7/11 voor de deur voor de boodschappen is erg handig. Veel restaurantjes en marktjes in de buurt. Bahtbus naar Pattaya vanaf beachroad in 5 min te bereiken. Al met al was t voldoende en hebben we een aantal mooie dagen met de familie gehad.

This condo is the worst. First: The air conditioner is not working. Second: There are a lot of hummingbirds. Third: The quality of the swimming pool is very poor. I called the condo owner because I had a problem with the air conditioner. He came to my room and checked the air conditioner. I almost fainted when I saw the inside of the air conditioner. It's so dirty and vomit. He talks to me. Air conditioning is a temporary problem. And he asked me for 500 THB for cleaning. I asked him a question. Why don't you clean with the money you got from the other guest? He doesn't clean the room for money from the guest. If you want a pleasant trip, be careful with this condo.

+ I liked everything !! Especially the price-quality! Cleaning fee is 200bat lower than in other places !!! The condo is new with a huge swimming pool, children's hills, parking and security, the rooms are bright, clean, do not smell damp (a very common problem even for new condos). Everything worked properly! The owner is an intelligent person, brought the keys after 3 minutes of waiting. The studio has everything for a short stay and a long one! Crockery and even iron (this is generally a rarity), as many as 2 air conditioners and a TV. And in the hotel building there is 7eleven and an ATM, there is a direct road to the beach from the hotel, 5-6 minutes walk on a straight line. If we are in Pattaya again, we will only settle here! ——— I liked it !! Especially price-quality! The cleaning fee is 200 baht lower than in other places !!!
