It is a very large property and a lot of it needs some attention. The pool areas are very good and in good condition. The breakfast was very basic with eggs precooked and often cold. The dinners in Pasta Pasta and the Lobby were very good. Some mould in the bathroom was disappointing. The pillows on the bed were too large and quite solid - not very comfortable

Absolutely rubbish hotel.

The Hotel is very bad, The bathroom was flooding , we had to change 3 rooms on the first day of arrival. On the last day of out trip there was no hot water ,we were sent to another tower called Ocean wing ,when we reached there for shower we were told no rooms available since we checked out but we had not. Communication is zero. No one can speak english it was all sign language . The rooms were like from the 1950's Wifi was always disconnecting and would not work half the time. Airconditioning was also not working properly

Great!

Beautiful view, nice room, lovely amenities, close to pools and the beach. Kind and helpfull staff, breakfast at different wing. However, at the beach lost kid’s toys, beware thiefs are lurking nearby.

整體來說很好，酒店房間很大，整齊乾淨，房景是全海景，酒店內設有多個泳池，對出就是海灘，環境優美，服務更是一流，由於浴室內的花灑有問題（水壓差，引致出水很慢，又不能調較水温，只有全熱水或全凍水）後來向房務清潔人員求助，她即時找來維修人員處理，問題即時解決，值得一讚。

Big hotel but staff is not very nice

- Breakfast is average - Huge area of the hotel. - It was my first time there, I asked the security guard "where I can park my car? I booked for Tower wing". He said " ANYWHERE you want! Overhere overthere any. JUST PARK! " It was really unfriendly and rude in my thought. - The big pool is under renovation so all guests have to go to the beachfront pool where don't have enough chair and umbrella. The guests have to find chair&umbrella by themself without advice from staffs who just standing and watching. - My room was next to the renovating room that too noisy all day! This is unacceptable. I had to call to reception twice for stop that , but then an hour later the noise was back = =" For overal, not impress with this place because of the staff and the management. I won't recommend this place to my friend.
