They have it set so you can only have it on one temperature and you cannot control it yourself because if you move it out of a 3° range, it flips the breaker and doesn’t work at all. "I had an amazing experience with this property. The place was spotless, very clean, and well organized. Everything matched the photos and description perfectly. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and there were thoughtful touches that made the stay even more enjoyable. "Unfortunately, we were very unimpressed by this hotel. The room was pretty unclean. There was something splatteted on the wall and a painting. There was some questionable brown wiped on a wall by the bed, and the headboards of both beds were visibly greasy. The doorstop to the bathroom door was ripped off, with the screw left hanging in the door to catch on your bare feet. When we pulled out the sofa bed there was dirty silverware underneath and the bed was obviously not cleaned. We tried to eat...

"This was a very spacious home and had lots of room for all of our family to enjoy. It was very clean with lots of extra sheets. It was very pretty and well maintained on the outside. However, we had issues with the freezer, ice maker, and air conditioner. The freezer wasnt keeping anything frozen. The ice maker worked when we first came there, but then it stopped. "I didnt realize that Candlewood Suites has no morning breakfast and that was a let down. I like IHG hotels but may not stay at CW Suites in the future if they dont have breakfast"
