"The location in Barcelona was a 10! It is a beautiful, new property and the room was outstandingly handsome. The floor of the shower was slippery so I placed a towel on the floor as I felt unsafe. The staff was helpful with directions and actually allowed us to check in at 11 am. There could be more surfaces for bags in the room so they didn't have to stay on the floor."

"If I could give a score of 100/10 I would. From the moment we arrived by taxi, we were welcomed. The front desk check in staff were so welcoming and nice. Not just to us, but to our friends who were staying nearby. The restaurant staff were amazing and so accommodating. The room was very clean and perfect for our needs! "Hotel was well situated for our needs, allowed us to walk to the different sites we wanted to visit such as Sagrada Familia, Aquarium and Mercat de la Boqueria. Some of the further sites we used public transportation. Rooms were clean, staff very friendly. Cannot comment on the breakfast, we ate out. The only negative, was that our hand shower was not working which would have been nice to have for our 6 year old, but we managed. I would return to this hotel if ever we decide to travel to...

"Beautiful boutique hotel in convenient neighborhood. Close to most attractions - we walked to everything - even the beach - from here. Well appointed lobby and rooms. Very good breakfast buffet. Staff all very pleasant. Room was nice - comfortable bed and pillows. Large shower with good pressure and lots of hot water. Highly recommend"

Its location is central to various landmarks, museums, shopping and dinning BUT the main entrance is hidden and taxis cannot drop you off or pick you up from the hotel entrance. "This place was conveniently located on La Rambla next to Placa de Catalunya. We were off to a rocky start with the first night our neighbors slammed the doors (very heavy doors) 17 times. I asked to be moved and they immediately gave me 2 options to match or better our room. They also made it right by giving us free breakfast for the inconvenience.
