"The manager Ashur was most helpful and responsive. They responded to minor issues promptly. We loved the large space and stunning view. The bed was super comfy. The kitchen had plenty of equipment. Would highly recommend. One suggestion - add a sofa bed for additional guests. Note: there is a single hideaway bed. "

"Truly a 5 star resort! Having a butler was a unique experience as was the having no room keys (that’s another first for me). We had some rain on our trip so a few more rainy day options would be a good addition. Loved that all water toys were included, find a kayak, pool noodle, stand up paddle board, you could use it. "Everything was ‘fine’. It was very outdated and the pictures did not accurately reflect that. The staff was extremely nice and helpful so hate giving them a low review but buyer beware if you’re looking for something more than a low-level hotel this is not it."
