"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was clean and had all the items needed for a comfortable stay. The host Ana responded very quickly whenever we had a question and was very helpful. Location is very convenient. I 100% recommend staying here and this place will be at the top of my list the next time I need to stay in Quito. "

"This hotel was nice and the added bonus of the homemade breakfast each morning (someone literally came into the room to make it for us!) was a great personal touch. We had the large suite on the top floor, so I'm not sure that applies to all rooms, but we appreciated it very much. The building is old (of course!) but the rooms were very comfortable and well cared for. The shower is super tiny, but-once I figured out how to work it-it did get very hot! "Beautiful building in a great neighborhood. Park Carolina was just a couple of blocks away. I did think the lounge in the penthouse was over price and the food was less than great. To be clear the lounge is not run by the hotel, so the can’t be held accountable. I did not get a chance to eat in the hotel restaurants in the lobby. The only thing I did not like is the fact that getting to the rooftop pool was a bit awkward. You have to be escorted. They need to fix how you gain access to the pool. Everything else was excellent. I would rate it ‘wonderful’ "
