The apartment was comfortable, however a little dark. Close to everything, including ski rentals and the slopes. The parking is terrible, so tiny and hard to park in; even with a small car, it took us half an hour to get it parked and then to take it out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

A 100 metros de la aerosilla para esquiar.

Realmente el hotel está muy bueno y bien ubicado, a 100 metros de las pistas de esqui. Habitación cómoda, funciona todo, las chicas de la recepcion tienen buen trato y te orientan en todo. Volvería sin dudas.

Llegamos un domingo después de las 20h y la recepcion estaba cerrada, nos costó un poquito encontrar el apartamento pero enseguida alguien de la empresa vino a buscarnos y pudimos hacer el check in sin problema. El apartamento súper bien, estuvimos muy cómodos, súper funcional y limpio. El personal muy amable. Muy recomendable!

Muy limpio, cerca de todo. Pas de la Casa esta a 40 min en coche de la capital tenlo en cuenta. Aparcar en la calle lo puedes hacer por la noche gratis en zona azul, a partir de las 9AM cobran hasta las 8 PM

El tema aparcamiento muy complicado incluso pagando zona azul, no quiero imaginar en invierno (temporada alta), creo que es un grave problema, por eso y por la poca variedad gastronómica de calidad, vamos a barajar otras opciones esta temporada de invierno.

Séjour au top je recommande bonne qualité

Excellent séjour j’ai été un peut mauvaise langue J’avais surtout peur pour ma caution. Au vue des avis il faut juste respecter les consignes. Au final tout m’a été rendu dans ma journée. Confort des literies au top salle de bain d’une propreté exemplaire. Logement top et propre exemplaire. Parking petit mais si l’on fait attention c’est parfait C’est très calme Et le personnel a était très sympathique c’est plutôt moi qui n’a pas forcément été sympa. Je m’excuse auprès de votre personnel. Merci à vous à bientôt

Buena ubicación, mal servicio y sofa Cama Infame

El hotel estaba bien ubicado, la habitación limpia y confortable excepto el sofá cama el cual era insufrible, inaceptable, infame. El trozo de Goma espuma, por llamarlo de alguna manera, estaba completamente convexo, te clavabas todos los muelles y sonaba como el demonio. Tuvimos que dormir en este apartamento 5 noches y la verdad que fue horrible. Lo notificamos en recepción y nos dijeron que iban a llamar a el de mantenimiento, el cual jamás apareció y aunque lo hubiera hecho, dudo que hubiera podido arreglar nada. La única solución era cambiar el colchón ya que estaba completamente deformado entre otras cosas.

A good quality hotel that is very close to restaurants and slopes (3 - 4-minute walk). The staff is very friendly and the Spa was very good. However, cleanliness could be improved. Also, if you plan to park the hotel, be advised you will need to fit their car into an elevator and park two floors underground. The space is very tight and our Peugeot 3008 fit barely (mirrors were touching both sides of the elevator with one of them closed). Not advised for large cars.

La honte !

Résidence FERMÉE ! Personne ne nous a prévenu. Malgré que le gérant de l’hotel ait contacter les tours opérators...HONTEUX. Reloger dans un hôtel vraiment de gamme très inférieurs a celui choisi initialement. Plus de 15mn au téléphone, hors forfait depuis Andorre pour ça! Je demande un geste commercial immédiat!

O hotel é bem localizado mas o quarto tem pouca iluminação, muito escuro. As atendentes da revelação são o ponto alto! Super atenciosas. Achei estranho porque inclui serviço de quarto mas não lavam a louça. O banheiro é excelente.

La situación del apartohotel es estupenda tanto para acceder a las pistas como para ir a tomar algo o cenar por el pueblo. La limpieza es buena y el personal del hotel es muy amable, especialmente Giovanni, el responsable del restaurante, que es una persona encantadora que te hace sentirte en familia. Si tuviera que ponerle un "pero" al hotel sería que nos ha tocado una habitación que daba a un patio que a su vez estaba cerrado con lo cual aunque abrieses la ventana no tenías el aire del exterior y solo veías un pequeño trozo de cielo.
