"Andrew from your team that took care of the 2rd floor rooms was a model of friendliness and welcoming. Each day when we would see him in the hall without fail a big smile, a genuine interest in that we had been enjoying Glasgow. His pride of the city and his work ethic deserves recognition and appreciation. I even could easily see Andrew playing a more central customer focused role should he have an interest to pursue that path. Andrew made our stay special! And we would choose Fraser again...

"Check in was a complete nightmare, hotel front desk was in a different building then advertised Front desk was no help unless u beg them to help. Never would I recommend this place Stay away. Room is dirty , hotel is in a dirty part of town. "

"Very convenient location. Huge room which was great! Laundry is odd but we used the heater to dry the clothes as the dryer portion of the all in one doesn’t work. The caretaker was also great. "

"This is the ONLY place to stay in Glasgow! Bryan welcomed us and answered all of our questions. The apartment is huge and can easily accommodate up to four. We had four massive windows with a street view. The shower was great with perfect water pressure. It was easy to adjust the temperature in our apartment.
