"The room was clean and all organized. Clean bathroom. 24 hrs restaurant service. Staff very gentle. Just one thing... my room's lock didn't close safely because all the the locks over there are old in which conventional keys are used. Time to change for newest locks. "

"When I booked the room, I had the choice to pick a basement or another room, but it did not mention that it was in the basement. Once checked in, I was given a basement room with no windows. The corridor smelled of raw sewage, the toilet was broken and leaking dirty water on the floor, the shower did not get hot, and the AC was prehistoric and very noisy. Staff were rude and argumentative when I said I wanted a new room and wanted to be charged to upgrade, but said they were full. The whole experience was awful "
