"O Hotel Beleza Serra nada fica a dever ao seu nome. Situado na zona baixa, junto à albufeira, junto à estrada nacional que nos leva ao Gerês. O hotel, com uma decoração que está muito bem conseguida e com elevado nível de conforto, conduz-nos facilmente ao relax, após as possíveis actividades que se podem praticar pela serra e na àgua da albufeira. "there was nothing we liked... the foto made one think it was in a green location. it was sqeezed in between other hotels, on a very steep hill, very narrow street reception is in bmt. staff was unfriendly, room was like a cell, window opened untoa roof and walk way, so we could not sleep w. open window... address is wrong, the place is in Geres which is a town 27 km further east, we had to backtrack after we got to the town that is noted on the reservation, which is act. the district...

Limited choice but very good Negative - high level of humidity in the room. - smell of humidity as well as mold - the mattress is really bad. Both of us ended up in the middle. Need to be changed asap - this was the most expensive hotel during our vacation and the worst one. "
