Both check-in and checkout went smoothly - no issues or long waits, which is always nice when you're travelling. The breakfast buffet was definitely a highlight. Good variety of options, including local items alongside the standard fare, and the quality was better than I expected for a hotel breakfast. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Nothing felt forced or overly scripted - just genuine service, which made the experience more pleasant. The rooftop terrace is probably the hotel's best feature. Great views of the Alhambra and the city, making it a nice spot to unwind in the evening. The pool is on the smaller side, but it does the job if you want to cool off. The view while you're in it is pretty special. Location worked well for us - most of the main sights and areas we wanted to explore were within walking distance. We didn't need to rely on transportation much, which was convenient. Overall, it's a solid choice if you're staying in Granada. The combination of location, amenities, and service made for a comfortable stay. Would consider staying here again if we're back in the area."
